Hi dear, the dress would suit best for a busty person as the chest part is designed in a way. I don think you can do much on the methods of wearing it cos it would only look nice wearing it bare instead of with tube or any innerwear. The dress is meant to look sexy, thus wearing inner would spoi the look.
I would suggest that you probably adjust the straps according to your size or the best part is maybe you could send for altering. ZA Altera would be able to do a good job.
